Car selection
Give us the details of the car you want to buy (make, budget, etc.) or send us a link to a listing where you have already found a car you like.
Car inspection
We carry out a remote check of the car's documents and history to make sure it is a worthwhile and safe purchase.
Car delivery
We handle all the paperwork and arrange safe, prompt transport of the car to Latvia.
Car registration & handover
Our specialists take care of all the paperwork involved in registering the car in Latvia, so you can get behind the wheel and hit the road.

Support for buying an electric car
With Elite Cars you can buy a car with EKII support (the EKII programme for trade in zero- and low-emission vehicles).
- Support for buying a used electric car: EUR 3350.
- Support for buying a used electric car: EUR 5000 for families caring for three or more children.
- Support for buying a used electric car with at least seven seats: EUR 6750 for families caring for three or more children.
